Growth Happens Here.

Welcome — I’m glad you’re here.
A little about me: I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), drawn to its integrative and forward-thinking approach to the evolving field of psychology. A formative part of my education took place in Sri Lanka, where I explored mental health practices within a Buddhist cultural context. This experience continues to shape my therapeutic lens, particularly in integrating mindfulness and somatic, here-and-now practices into my work.

In addition to my studies at CIIS, I completed specialized training in nature-informed therapy, where nature serves as a co-therapist to support clients in reconnecting with themselves. Using nature-informed in a therapy setting supports individuals in access to “soft activation” which regulates the nervous system regulation by engaging with the living world around them. A regulated nervous system is the fist step to accessing therapeutic change. This approach honors the deep, healing relationship between humans and the environment, encouraging grounded presence and inner clarity. (learn more about nature-infomed approach here

In the therapy space, I work from a life-affirming perspective, honoring you as the expert of your own experience. Together, we’ll develop tools for regulation, reframe limiting patterns in alignment with your values and goals, and co-create supportive relational dynamics that carry into everyday life.

My approach to diagnostic assessment is rooted in a human-centered lens—viewing symptoms not as problems to be fixed, but as pathways to deeper self-understanding and growth. I aim to support the unfolding of what already lives within each person.

Over the past eight years, I’ve accumulated more than 3,000 clinical hours as a training therapist serving the community. In addition to my clinical work, I designed and implemented a consultation program for community leaders working with youth. This program centers on a transformative, relational approach to understanding children’s challenging behaviors. My ongoing collaboration with this organization continues to inspire my commitment to fostering resilience, emotional insight, and sustainable leadership in both individuals and teams. These efforts have led to meaningful outcomes, including increased self-awareness, professional growth, and a notable reduction in burnout.

Collaboration, empathy, and attunement to your unique needs are at the heart of my work—whether in therapy, consultation, or education.
